Corporate Planning and Reporting Risk Profiling Tool (7 slides)

Regular price $10.00 $0.00

What are the key risks addressed by the corporate planning and reporting function?  Examples of risks addressed by planning and reporting include: planning and reporting carried out in an ad hoc and disjointed basis across the organization; lack of a clear organizational vision and shared understanding of the organization's priorities; lack of awareness within the organization of emerging risks, threats or issues; not obtaining sufficient funding.

Profiling risk template

The corporate planning and reporting risk profiling tool (7 slides in PowerPoint) provides a template to help identify and assess risks addressed by planning and reporting and mitigation measures in place.

A summary risk template identifies examples of planning and reporting risks and mitigation measures that would need to be assessed in terms of impact, likelihood, trend, and priority based on the mitigation gaps (see risk summary in the preview chart images).

Templates are also provided for more detailed profiles or descriptions of the risks identified, including the risk owner, risk description, risk drivers, evidence of the scope of the risk/ risk indicators, impact, likelihood, trend, existing mitigation measures, mitigation gaps and actions required, and priority (see example of detailed risk profile in the preview chart images).

These templates are fully editable and are intended to encourage managers to hold regular discussions on the risks faced by their organization and whether the mitigation measures are adequate.

You will receive an email with a link to download the template (7 slides) in a PowerPoint editable format.
