HR management risk profiling tool

The human resources management risk profiling tool (8 slides in PowerPoint) provides a template to help identify and assess human resources risks and mitigation measures.

A summary risk template identifies examples of human resources risks and mitigation measures that would need to be assessed in terms of impact, likelihood, trend, and priority based on the mitigation gaps (see risk summary in the preview chart images).

Templates are also provided for more detailed profiles or descriptions of the risks identified, including the risk owner, risk description, risk drivers, evidence of the scope of the risk/ risk indicators, impact, likelihood, trend, existing mitigation measures, mitigation gaps and actions required, and priority (see example of detailed risk profile in the preview chart images).

These templates are full editable and are intended to encourage managers to hold regular discussions on the risks faced by their organization and whether the mitigation measures are adequate.

You will receive an email with a link to download the template in a PowerPoint editable format.
