Information Technology Management Risk Profiling Template (10 slides)

Regular price $10.00 $0.00

Information technology (IT) risks include IT security breaches (cyber threats), project delays and/or cost overruns, the disruption of IT services, these being the most visible ones.  The inability to address all client requests can have an adverse impact on program delivery.  Challenges in recruiting and staffing IT positions can have a major impact on the ability of the organization to address these risks.

The IT management risk profiling template is a tool to help your government agency summarize these risks and the mitigation measures in place (and the gaps).   The templates are fully editable and are intended to encourage managers to hold regular discussions on the IT risks faced by the organization and whether the mitigation measures are adequate.

A summary risk template will help you to assess IT risks and mitigation measures in terms of impact, likelihood, trend, and priority based on the mitigation gaps (see risk summary in the preview charts).

Templates are also provided for more detailed profiles or descriptions of the risks identified, including the risk owner, risk description, risk drivers, evidence of the scope of the risk/ risk indicators, impact, likelihood, trend, existing mitigation measures, mitigation gaps and actions required, and priority (see example in the preview charts).

You will receive an email with a link to download the template (10 slides) in a PowerPoint editable format.
